the airscape carries me away towards timeless earth
ablaze with season losing grasp of dissonant summer;
its cryptic chamber sings the rush of gleeful gold
falling from shelter on trees- bare, with cold flame combed.
crystalline beads of rain seep through my torrid veins
as brisk wind heralds the beginning of a melancholic waltz;
i recite the elegy for dusty streets shrouded in bronze
while the puddled moonlight silently caresses my bones.
and when i become a part of ashes in the soil
i wish you fly me to the place of warmth, dear sky,
where spirits for the next verdant spring are reborn.
